Cooper was born in Essex. Growing up in a family that loved motorsports, Cooper was introduced to the exciting world of speedway at an early age. His father was a former amateur motorcycle racer, and weekend trips to local speedway events were a staple of his childhood. Inspired by the thrill of the races, Cooper began riding dirt bikes at the age of six, quickly demonstrating his natural talent and love for speed.
