Jem began karting at the age of 8, quickly progressing through various karting championships and establishing herself as a formidable competitor, all with a constrained budget. In 2015, Jem transitioned to car racing, competing in the Ginetta Junior Championship and showcasing her talent with several podium finishes. Her determination and skill led to her joining RAFA Racing, where she has since become a key driver in their competitive lineup driving alongside the likes of Jimmy Broadbent, racing in Europe and the US. Jem’s adaptability and racing acumen have enabled her to successfully navigate various racing disciplines, including GT and touring car events, which extends through to 2025 with RAFA. Jem Hepworth continues to push the boundaries of her racing career with ambition and perseverance, setting her sights on racing at higher levels and achieving championship titles. Her commitment to the sport and dedication to fostering inclusivity in racing make her a respected figure in the motorsport world.

Danny Buchan began racing in national motocross, before switching to club racing in 2007 and then made the step into the Bennetts British Championship paddock in 2010 when he joined the Pirelli National Pirelli National Junior Superstock Championship. Buchan then moved into the Superstock 1000 class where he celebrated title victory in 2014, before being promoted into the Bennetts British Superbike Championship a year later. After two seasons in the premier class, he returned to the Superstock grid and sealed his second title victory in 2017. A move back into the Superbike class came in 2018, finishing in eleventh place overall before he returned a year later, to qualify for the Showdown for the first time and end the campaign in fourth place overall. Buchan was a top ten finisher in the overall standings in 2020, switching to BMW for the first time in his career with the SYNETIQ BMW team. Together they were Showdown contenders and race winners, finishing seventh overall in the standings and returned again in 2023 in a challenging season hampered with injury. Buchan returns to Team Green for 2024, joining DAO Racing Kawasaki.

Ginetta Junior Championship driver Oliver Flashman began his racing career at Brentwood Karting at the age of 8, where he showed great promise. He competed in the Brentwood Karting junior race league, with multiple dominant championship wins at both the junior and senior level, before progressing into Club 100. During his karting campaigns, he amassed a total of 11 championship wins. For 2021, he competed in the Ginetta Junior Championship, supporting the British Touring Car Championship; following in the footsteps of the likes of Lando Norris and Ash Sutton. Using the multi-disciplined Ginetta G40, the Ginetta Junior Championship is a proven tool in the development of young drivers. Now at university Oliver joined their race team competing in the British University Karting Championship racing against 124 other teams competing around the UK. Over the course of the year Oliver amassed 11 podiums leading their team to the championship title, the first time in the universities history and was also voted driver of the year 2024.

Edoardo started racing at 5 years old with his first minimoto (Junior Cat A) series run out at the age of 6. Through hard work, passion and clearly talent, his career is now well established with a promising 2025 ahead. Starting aged 6, Max's karting career took off right away with both Bambino British Champion and Glan Y Gors Little Dragon Master titles, as well as success in Cadets. Max then graduated into car racing, with a stint in the Michelin Ginetta Junior Championship before switching to Junior Saloon Car Championship in 2022. In his rookie season he claimed the title and also clinched the Peter Collins Trophy for young drivers. In 2023, Max stepped up to the Vertu Motors MINI CHALLENGE Trophy. Manuel Filho began his karting journey at the age of seven, driven by a profound passion for cars. At 13, he received his first Rotax kart, an experience that brought him immense joy and adrenaline. Currently, at 14, he is competing in the Iberian Kart Championship (IKC) with the same kart, where he has achieved remarkable success, including his first podium finishes and a notable first place (P1) this year.
